Hi, I'm Nechama, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).

I have a passion for helping people optimize their nutrition to best fit their life and meet their health goals. I received my degree and completed my dietetic internship at Montclair State in 2018. I have since gathered a variety of experiences working with diverse patients and clientele helping them change their life with small, sustainable changes.
